What to include in your first message
You do not need a detailed brief. Tell us what you sell, the typical deal size or sales format, target geography, and the roles you need to speak with. If you have a company list, an older CRM export, or an example of a strong customer fit, attach it—it helps us assess the task faster.
- Describe the offer in one clear sentence, without broad claims such as “we help businesses grow.”
- Name the segment, for example packaging manufacturers with procurement teams in Central Russia.
- State the outcome you need: test demand, start sales conversations, or review an existing outreach campaign.
Useful: “We sell a service for procurement teams and want to test demand among manufacturing companies.” Less useful: “We need leads at any cost.”
When we will respond
We review enquiries during business hours. Messages received outside those hours remain in the queue until the next working period. Include your preferred reply channel and the contact details of the person responsible for marketing or sales decisions.
We do not promise a lead volume in the first conversation. First, we compare your objective with the B2B outreach process, assess the segment, and establish who on your side can handle interested replies.
Materials that help us assess the task
| What you have | What to send | Why it helps |
|---|---|---|
| A working offer | Your website or a short description | To understand the subject of the first contact |
| Existing sales | An example customer or deal | To distinguish relevant companies from random matches |
| A previous outreach campaign | The copy and a summary of results | To understand why prospects replied—or did not |
For an overview of the engagement, see how we work and B2B outreach pricing.
When outreach is not the right fit
We are not the right partner if the offer cannot be explained without a long presentation, your sales team cannot take replies, or you need guaranteed revenue by a fixed date. Outreach starts relevant business conversations; it does not replace product-market fit, commercial negotiation, or the work of a salesperson after a meeting.
If you are unsure whether a channel fits your niche, send a short description of the task. We will say directly if it is more sensible not to launch.
