Why combine three channels
One channel reaches only part of your market. Some Russian and CIS decision-makers use tightly filtered Yandex 360 or Mail.ru inboxes; others work mainly in Telegram; others will accept a relevant LinkedIn connection before replying to an unfamiliar email. A coordinated sequence covers these gaps without treating each channel as a separate campaign.
This is one sequence, not three parallel message blasts. Each company has one record and one status across channels: a reply in Telegram stops further email and LinkedIn follow-up. That keeps the outreach coherent and prevents multiple representatives of the same company from receiving repeated pitches.
Email remains the core channel because it provides the broadest reach and scale. Telegram and LinkedIn extend coverage among companies that did not respond by email; they do not replace it. See our broader approach to B2B outreach for Russia and the CIS.
How the contact sequence works
Channels are introduced in sequence, not all at once. Each next touch happens only when the previous one has not produced a reply, and it brings a new reason to engage rather than repeating the same message.
- First email: a concise, relevant introduction and one clear question.
- LinkedIn connection: a short explanation of who is reaching out and why.
- Follow-up email: a new angle, such as a relevant business case or an answer to a common objection.
- Telegram message: a shorter, more conversational touch where a verified business account is available.
- Final email: a brief close to the sequence, with a clear option to decline further contact.
We do not send the same text through every channel on the same day. Any reply, refusal or unsubscribe stops the sequence for that contact across the campaign.
What the service includes
- Targeting research: define your ideal customer profile, segments and the decision-makers to reach.
- Company and contact data: build and validate a unified list, with one company record across available channels.
- Channel preparation: set up the email, Telegram and LinkedIn presence required for the campaign.
- Channel-specific copy: create an aligned offer expressed appropriately for email, Telegram and LinkedIn.
- Campaign management: run the sequence, monitor performance and refine messaging where needed.
- Reply handling: qualify responses, maintain the conversation context and hand qualified opportunities to your sales team.
The handover criteria are agreed before launch. Our definition of a result is set out in Lead Guarantees: What Counts as a Result.
Timing, dependencies and what we need from you
Preparation usually takes three to four weeks because each channel needs to be ready before outreach begins. Initial replies can arrive during the first two weeks of contact, but a fair assessment needs a two- to three-month view: the sequence is deliberate, and later touches reach prospects toward the end of the first month.
Results depend on the quality of the target list, the clarity of your offer, sensible spacing between touches and the speed of your team’s follow-up. In the Russian and CIS market, decision-makers often read their own messages, so a qualified reply can lose momentum quickly if it sits unanswered.
- A description of your product, typical deal size and sales cycle
- Target-company criteria or an existing target list
- Two or three examples of successful deals and why buyers chose you
- A sales owner who can take qualified conversations and attend meetings
- CRM access where direct lead handover is required
How we measure campaign replies
We count replies by company, not by individual touch. If one decision-maker reads an email, accepts a LinkedIn connection and replies in Telegram, that is one responding company, not three results.
Across our campaigns, 5.93% of contacted companies replied, including 6,500 clear yeses: requests for details, a proposal or a meeting. These are results from our campaign pool, not a promise for every segment; your outcome depends on the audience and offer.
You receive a weekly view of companies in progress, channel coverage, replies and next actions. Channel-level reporting shows where further effort is justified, while company-level counting keeps the overall result honest.
When multi-channel outreach is not the right fit
- Your market consists of only a few hundred large accounts. That calls for account-based work, not a broad three-channel sequence.
- Your offer is not yet clear. Adding channels cannot compensate for an unclear reason to choose you.
- No one can respond to incoming conversations. More channels create more active dialogues, which need timely ownership.
- Your decision-makers do not meaningfully use Telegram or LinkedIn. In some sectors, email alone is the more honest and efficient scope.
- You need a result within two weeks. Building and coordinating three channels takes time.
Pricing
Pricing depends on the size of the target list, the channels included and the depth of reply handling. Email with Telegram follow-up for non-responders is a different scope from a fully managed three-channel sequence. We provide a precise estimate after the brief and segment research; see B2B Outreach Pricing for Russia and CIS.
