B2B outreach pricing for Russia and the CIS

Outreach pricing is built from four parts: decision-maker data, sending infrastructure, outreach sequences, and reply handling. We calculate an exact quote after a short brief because the channel, audience size, market scope, and niche complexity determine the work required. You see each cost line before you commit.

What outreach pricing includes

Cold outreach is not a subscription or a bundle of emails. A workable campaign has four cost components, each with its own scope of work:

 • Decision-maker data. Building an audience around your ideal customer profile: segment, region, company size, and a relevant reason to contact them. Addresses are validated before launch; 97.7% of addresses accepted a message across our campaigns, with a 2.3% bounce rate.
 • Sending infrastructure. Dedicated domains and sending inboxes, authentication, reputation preparation, and sender rotation appropriate to the campaign volume.
 • Copy. Email and message sequences built around your offer: an opening contact, follow-ups, and test variants. Sequence copywriting can also be commissioned separately.
 • Reply handling. Someone needs to respond when a prospect asks for a proposal or more detail. We handle replies, qualify interest, and pass qualified leads to your team.

If a provider gives you a single number without separating these components, you are buying a send volume rather than lead generation.

What is included in a standard engagement

A standard lead-generation engagement covers the full cycle, from brief to a qualified lead handed to your team:

 • Defining your ideal customer profile and segment hypotheses during the brief
 • Building and validating the audience, with company-level deduplication
 • Preparing dedicated domains and sending inboxes before launch
 • Writing an outreach sequence around your offer
 • Launching and managing the campaign
 • Handling inbound replies, qualifying interest, and passing leads into your CRM
 • A weekly summary of sends, delivery, replies, and qualified leads

From April 2025 through July 2026, we sent 3,224,000 emails across 360 campaigns in 85 Russian regions. 48,100 companies replied, and 6,500 gave an explicit yes: asking for details, a proposal, or a meeting.

What is priced separately

A clear estimate also shows what sits outside the standard scope:

 • Additional channels. Email is the baseline. Telegram and LinkedIn each require their own operational setup and channel-specific sequences. A multi-channel programme costs more than email alone, but less than launching channels as separate projects.
 • Volume beyond the plan. Expanding after the first wave into new segments or regions is a new line item.
 • Expedited launch. If timing is unusually tight, additional infrastructure may be required to protect deliverability.
 • Account-based outreach. Personal work against a named target-account list has a different workload and cost per contact.

We do not use your corporate domains or inboxes. Campaigns run from our own infrastructure, so the reputation risk stays with us rather than your primary business domain.

Why we quote after a brief

A broad price range answers very little. The cost depends on factors visible only after we understand the task: how narrow your audience is, whether you already have usable data, the number of regions and segments in the first wave, the right channel for your niche, and whether we or your sales team handle replies.

The process is straightforward: a 30–40 minute brief, followed by an itemised estimate for data, infrastructure, copy, and reply handling. You know what you are paying for before signing.

When outreach is not the right fit

We decline launches when the economics do not work. It is not worth budgeting for outreach if:

 • Your average deal value cannot support the cost of winning several deals through the sales cycle.
 • Your market contains only a few hundred companies and you already know them individually. Direct relationship work is more appropriate.
 • No one can handle leads promptly. Interest cools when meeting requests wait for days.
 • Your offer is not defined. A broad claim that you do everything for everyone does not earn replies in a cold message.

If you are unsure about the economics, bring the numbers to the brief. We will say directly whether the model is viable for your niche.

How to compare the cost with alternatives

Compare the cost of a qualified lead and a meeting, not one agency against another. An in-house SDR means salary, taxes, tools, data, and time before the process becomes productive. For Russia and the CIS, the operating model also needs to account for local inbox providers, decision-makers who read their own email, and business communication in Telegram.

FAQ

What is the minimum budget for an outreach launch?

The minimum is determined by your niche, not by a universal package. Data preparation, infrastructure, and a first contact wave have a real fixed workload. We calculate the lower bound after the brief and tell you before launch if it cannot work against your deal value.

Can we pay per lead instead of per campaign?

The standard format is a fixed fee for the full work cycle: data, infrastructure, sequences, and reply handling. Hybrid models tied to qualified leads can be discussed when a lead can be defined unambiguously. The qualification criteria are agreed in advance.

Why can’t you give a price immediately?

The workload varies with audience size, channels, regions, and reply ownership. A narrow segment and a Russia-wide programme are materially different assignments. A number without a brief would either include unnecessary buffer or be too low to deliver properly.

We have our own contact list. Will that reduce the price?

Yes, it can remove the data-building line from the estimate. Validation and cleaning still remain necessary, because poor data damages sender reputation. Lists exported from a CRM need particularly careful checking when they are not current.

Is multi-channel outreach cheaper than separate launches?

Yes. The ideal customer profile, audience research, and core positioning can be shared across channels. Each channel still needs its own setup and management, but email plus Telegram is more efficient than two sequential projects. See our Telegram outreach service for the channel-specific scope.

What happens if the campaign gets few replies?

The first wave tests the audience, offer, and channel. We review delivery, data quality, and messaging, then adjust the combination where there is a credible next hypothesis. If the niche does not respond in practice, we say so rather than selling another wave by default.
