Outreach is not «send some emails». Each business goal gets its own list, its own reason to write and its own definition of success.

Is your outreach ready to launch

Eight questions, one minute. We show the weakest link and what to fix first.

What turnkey means: meetings, not click reports

Most providers sell one part of the job: software access, a contact export or copywriting hours. You are left to connect the process and handle the replies. OT9 takes responsibility for the full chain, from the initial brief to qualified replies and meetings your sales team can act on.

  • Brief and ICP: we define who you sell to, the offer and the commercial threshold for the campaign.
  • Research and contacts: we identify target companies and relevant decision-makers, then validate and clean contact data.
  • Sending setup: we prepare the technical foundation for reliable outreach.
  • Copy: we write and agree the outreach sequence with you before it goes live.
  • Campaign management: we monitor delivery and keep the campaign operational.
  • Reply handling: we respond, qualify interest and route viable opportunities into your sales process.

Each stage affects the next. Strong copy cannot compensate for poor delivery, and a clean list is wasted if replies are left unattended. That is why “turnkey” is an operating model, not a label.

Three channels: email, Telegram and LinkedIn

We choose channels based on where your decision-makers actually work. Email remains the core channel for most Russian B2B segments: executives often read their own inboxes, including Yandex 360 and Mail.ru. Telegram is a working business channel in many sectors; LinkedIn can complement outreach for SaaS, technology, consulting and cross-border offers.

ChannelBest use caseConsiderations
EmailBroad decision-maker reach across Russia and the CISRequires a sound sending foundation and ongoing delivery control
TelegramDecision-makers who actively work in messagingRequires careful, relevant communication to unfamiliar contacts
LinkedInSaaS, technology, consulting and international-facing teamsUseful as a targeted complement rather than a universal channel

Many campaigns use more than one channel: email creates the first touch, while Telegram or LinkedIn can reach people who did not respond there. We decide that after researching the segment, not before.

OT9 in numbers: measured on our own campaigns

Our operating record covers 3,224,000 emails sent from 1,100 sending inboxes across 360 campaigns in 85 regions of Russia. Those campaigns reached 811,200 companies, counted by unique company rather than treating multiple contacts as multiple leads.

A total of 97.7% of addresses accepted an email, with a 2.3% bounce rate. Replies came from 48,100 companies—5.93% of companies contacted—and 6,500 of those replies were explicit expressions of interest, such as a request for details, a proposal or a meeting.

These figures measure our operating system, not a promise of your result. Response depends on the market, offer and contact data; anyone guaranteeing a reply rate before testing the segment is guaranteeing something they do not control.

When outreach fits—and when it does not

Outreach works where the value of one new customer can cover the campaign cost many times over. The practical test is simple: deal value, sales cycle and market size.

  • You sell a B2B product or service with a meaningful contract value.
  • Your ideal customer is clear: industry, company profile and decision-maker role.
  • Your addressable market contains enough relevant companies to test and iterate.
  • Someone on your side can take sales conversations and meetings.
  • You are ready to validate the offer through a measured campaign.

It is not the right fit for low-value B2C offers, very small markets or offers that do not convert through warm conversations. Outreach does not repair a product-market mismatch; it makes the market signal visible faster. If our research shows that the task does not fit outreach, we will say so before launch.

Next step: segment research before launch

You submit an enquiry, and we review your offer, ideal customer profile, segment capacity and commercial logic. If the case is viable, we prepare the contact base, campaign foundation and outreach sequence.

The campaign then becomes an iteration process: strengthen segments that engage, revise weak assumptions and stop pursuing segments that show no sustainable signal.

FAQ

How much does turnkey B2B outreach cost?

The scope depends on the channels, campaign size and level of reply handling required. Before launch, we review the commercial logic against your deal value. If the economics do not work, we will tell you before an agreement is made.

When will we start seeing replies?

Outreach needs technical and operational preparation before messages are sent. Once the campaign begins, replies are handled as they arrive and qualified interest is passed into your sales process. Timing varies by segment, offer and channel.

Is cold B2B outreach in Russia legal?

It must be carried out with attention to advertising and personal-data requirements. We keep communication business-focused, maintain relevant contact data and provide a way to opt out. Specific legal considerations should be reviewed for your particular case.

What if the campaign receives no replies?

A first campaign is a test of the segment, offer, contact data and message. We identify the weak link and revise the next iteration where there is a reasonable basis to do so. If the segment shows no sustainable response, we document that rather than continue charging for an unproductive direction.

Can you work with our existing contact list?

Yes. We review and clean your CRM export before it is used, because outdated addresses can undermine campaign delivery. If you do not have a list, we build one around the agreed ICP.

What counts as a lead?

A lead is a qualified reply from a target company that expresses clear interest: a request for details, a proposal or a meeting. Automated replies, opt-outs and rejections are not counted. The qualification criteria are agreed before the campaign starts.
