FREE REVIEW

Free cold outreach audit

We review your B2B outreach campaign across six areas—target data, sending setup, deliverability, copy, sequence design and reply handling—and identify what is holding back results. Within 3–5 business days, you receive a written diagnosis, priorities for fixing it and practical next steps. There is no charge at any stage of the review.

What the free review covers: six checkpoints

We use the same framework we apply to our own campaigns. This is not a generic opinion: we inspect each link in the chain, from the contact list through to the sales response.

  1. Target data. Where contacts came from, how they were collected, whether companies are deduplicated and how much of the list is technically unusable.
  2. Sending setup. Sending domains, mailboxes and authentication records. We review SPF, DKIM and DMARC from the outside; no DNS access is required.
  3. Deliverability. Bounces, spam signals and inbox placement with the main local providers, including Yandex 360 and Mail.ru.
  4. Copy. Subject line, opening, offer and call to action. We check whether the email gives the recipient a concrete reason to respond.
  5. Sequence. The order of touches, timing and what happens after silence. A single message and a structured sequence are different systems.
  6. Reply handling. Who answers requests for details, how quickly they respond and where qualified interest goes next. Fast sending does not help if replies sit unanswered.

For an overview of how outreach works in this market, see B2B outreach for Russia and CIS. The review is different: it examines your campaign rather than an average market situation.

What we need from you

The process is deliberately light. We do not need CRM access or mailbox passwords.

  • Campaign statistics for the last 1–3 months: sent, delivered and replies.
  • Two or three emails from the sequence exactly as recipients received them.
  • A description of the target segment and how the list was assembled.
  • The sending domain, so we can review public records and reputation externally.
  • Thirty minutes for a call if the export raises questions.

If you have not launched yet, the review can still help. We assess the launch plan, draft emails and segment logic before you commit budget and reputation.

Timing and what you receive

The standard turnaround is 3–5 business days after we receive the export. If several campaigns or a large volume require more time, we tell you before work begins.

The result is a written summary, not only a conversation. It includes:

  • A diagnosis for each of the six checkpoints: sound, needs attention or critical.
  • One or two priorities most likely to improve the result.
  • What is already working and should not be disrupted.
  • What an in-house fix requires and how long it is likely to take.

The summary remains yours whether or not we work together afterwards. Where your team can implement a recommendation independently, we say so plainly.

What determines how precise the review can be

A diagnosis is only as good as the inputs. A few limits are worth stating upfront:

  • Completeness of reporting. Without a breakdown by domain and mailbox, some conclusions remain hypotheses.
  • Age of the data. A campaign from six months ago says little about a domain's current reputation.
  • One message instead of a sequence. We can assess the list and copy, but not sequence mechanics that were never used.
  • Unseen reply handling. We can see replies received, but we need your context to assess what happened inside the sales team afterwards.
The free review does not include test sending from your domains or access to your sending platform. A full paid audit can include deeper measurement; discuss the appropriate scope through contact.

When this review is not for you

To avoid wasting your time, here are the boundaries.

  • B2C or consumer mailing. We work only with B2B outreach in Russia and the CIS; consumer outreach is a different task.
  • No data to share. Without an export and the actual emails, the review becomes guesswork.
  • A request to confirm a fixed conclusion. We report what the data shows, including when the bottleneck is the offer, price or sales follow-up rather than outreach.
  • A one-off send to a few hundred people. At very small volumes, the data rarely reveals a reliable pattern.

If you are unsure whether your case fits, describe it when you contact us. We will give you a direct answer, including when the review is not the right next step.

Why it is free and what happens next

The review lets you see how we work using your actual data. You receive a plan for correcting the campaign; we learn whether we can usefully help further.

  • You implement the recommendations internally.
  • You return for focused support with the list, sending setup or sequence copy.
  • You hand over the channel as an ongoing outreach engagement.

If you decide to continue, scope and budget depend on your list volume, channels and current setup. See pricing for the available formats.

FAQ

Is it really free?

Yes. There is no invoice after the review and no obligation to continue. It is a practical way for you to assess our work and for us to determine whether we can help.

Can you review a campaign that has not launched yet?

Yes. We review the segment, list logic, draft emails, domain choice and channel plan instead of campaign statistics. Finding a problem before launch is usually easier than repairing it afterwards.

Do you need access to our mailboxes, CRM or sending platform?

No. We need a statistics export, email copy and the sending domain. Public authentication records and domain reputation can be checked externally, and we do not request passwords.

What if the problem is not outreach?

We will say so. Sometimes delivery and copy are sound, while the constraint is the offer, pricing or the way sales handles replies. The written summary points to the actual bottleneck, even when it sits outside our scope.

How long does the review take and what do I receive?

It takes 3–5 business days from receipt of the export. You receive a written summary covering all six checkpoints, the first priorities, what not to change and what an in-house fix requires.

Can you review Telegram or LinkedIn outreach as well as email?

Yes. The framework is adapted to the channel: target data, account setup, copy, sequence and reply handling. State the channel in your request and we will adjust the review checklist.

Send your campaign for review

Send a request and attach your campaign statistics. We will return a written summary within 3–5 business days, or tell you exactly what data is missing.
