What full-service outreach includes
Full service means we own the whole chain, not one isolated task. The work starts with your brief and offer approval, and ends with qualified replies and booked meetings handed to your team.
- ICP and hypotheses. We review your product, current customers and commercial priorities to define industries, company size, geography and decision-maker roles.
- Decision-maker list building. We create, validate and deduplicate a target-company list before contact begins.
- Sending infrastructure. Outreach runs from dedicated sending domains and mailboxes, while your main domain stays out of the campaign.
- Copy and sequences. We write segment-specific messages and follow-ups. You review and approve every sequence before launch.
- Campaign delivery. We run outreach in a controlled way and monitor deliverability and responses.
- Reply handling. A live operator qualifies interest, answers initial questions and moves relevant conversations towards a proposal or meeting.
- CRM handoff. Your team receives the contact, conversation history and context in your CRM or shared sheet.
You can engage us for an individual part of the process if the rest is already in place. The strongest result, however, comes from treating targeting, offer, delivery and follow-up as one system.
How outreach launches in Russia and the CIS
Preparation covers the commercial interview, ICP, list work, dedicated infrastructure and approved message sequences. Initial replies usually arrive during the first week of sending; the campaign becomes more dependable once offers and segments have been tested.
The local market needs a local operating model. Decision makers often read their own email, while Yandex 360 and Mail.ru are important inbox environments; Telegram is also a working business channel, not simply a social network. We select channels around how your buyers actually communicate.

What determines the result
Outreach depends on a connected set of commercial factors. We clarify them in the brief because a weakness in one area affects the whole campaign.
- Market size. A narrow market calls for precision and account selection, not artificial volume.
- ICP quality. A defined segment with a clear reason to contact it performs better than a broad description of “any growing business.”
- Offer relevance. If people reply but do not progress, the offer may not address the segment's problem. Better wording alone will not solve that.
- Deal value and sales cycle. Outreach is most practical where a sale can support the cost of acquisition and a specific buyer can be reached directly.
- Your response speed. Interest cools quickly. A qualified lead needs timely follow-up from your sales team.
What we need from you
Full service does not mean no client involvement. We need clear inputs, prompt approvals and someone on your side who can take the meetings.
- A working interview covering the product, customers, pricing, competitors and sales process.
- Access to relevant materials such as presentations, proposals and call recordings.
- One responsible person to approve the offer and message sequences promptly.
- A CRM or shared sheet for receiving qualified opportunities.
- A salesperson who can hold the meeting after it is booked.
Slow approvals are the most common cause of a delayed start. Booking a meeting is our task; turning that meeting into a customer remains yours.
How we measure results
We report by company, not by individual email address, so one organisation is not treated as multiple leads. From April 2025 to July 2026, OT9 sent 3,224,000 emails, reached 811,200 companies and received replies from 48,100 companies — 5.93% of companies reached. Those replies included 6,500 clear yeses: requests for details, a commercial proposal or a meeting. 97.7% of addresses accepted the email, with a 2.3% bounce rate.
A lead is a clear expression of interest, not every reply. Opt-outs and automated responses are excluded. The counting rules and agreed-result terms are set out in our guarantees.
When full-service outreach is not for you
Cold outreach is useful, but it is not universal. We will decline the work or flag the limitation early in these situations:
- You sell to consumers. B2C cold contact requires a different model and is outside our scope.
- Purchasing is decided only through tenders. An email to a decision maker does not replace a formal procurement procedure.
- Your target market is extremely small. A small number of possible accounts is usually better served by focused account sales than a campaign.
- Nobody can take meetings quickly. Leads lose value if the sales team cannot respond promptly.
- You require guaranteed sales. We are accountable for contacts, replies and meetings; your sales team closes the deal.
We assess channel fit before an agreement. If outreach is not the right move for your niche, we will say so directly.
What full-service outreach costs
Pricing depends on the channel mix — email, Telegram, LinkedIn or a combination — as well as list scope, segment count and the level of reply handling required. See pricing for package details.
If you are unsure whether the channel fits your market, start with a free outreach audit. We will review the segment, assess its reachable market and give you a direct answer before you commit.
